A follow up consultation is ideally done 2-4 weeks after our first consultation (initial consultation) where we revisit the presenting complaints to see if we have made any progress or if you have any concerns. We will go through pathology results that was requested in the initial consultation. Revist all diet and lifestyle considerations and refill or tweek herbal formula.
